Refunds & Returns Policy | Hassle-Free Process

  • Return Policy:
    • We accept returns for damaged items within 7 days of delivery.
    • To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at support@panjabart.com with your order number and photos of the damaged item.
    • Once we receive and verify the damaged item, we will issue a full refund or replacement.
  • Exchange Policy:
    • We do not offer exchanges at this time.
  • Return Shipping Costs:
    • For damaged items, we will cover the return shipping costs.
    • For other reasons, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Refund Eligibility

To be eligible for a refund, the following conditions must be met:

  • Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer support within 2 days of delivery.  
  • Incorrect or Missing Items: If you receive an incorrect or missing item, please contact our customer support within 2 days of delivery.

Refund Process

  1. Contact Customer Support: Please contact our customer support team at support@panjabart.com with your order number and a detailed description of the issue.
  2. Provide Proof: We may request you to provide proof of damage, such as photos or videos.
  3. Refund Approval: Once your return request is approved, we will initiate the refund process.
  4. Refund Processing Time: Refunds are credited into the original payment method within 5 business days.

Refund Method

Refunds will be processed using the original payment method.

Please note:

  • Refunds are not applicable for items that are not damaged or defective.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • Custom orders are non-refundable.
